Automotive
We offer complete machining services for most automotive diesel and gas engines. Cylinder boring, crank grinding, line boring, connecting rod work, balancing and full service cylinder head work.
Marine Engines
We offer machining for inboard and outboard marine engines. Inboards same as automotive, 2 cycle cylinder boring and sleeving, block decking and head milling. Welding and repair of aluminum blocks and heads. We also can completely rebuild your 4 cycle outboard cylinder heads! And we love removing broken bolts.
Antique
As should be expected, we also specialize in the repair and machining of antique and obsolete engines. Boring, valve work, crank grinding, crack repair and babbit bearing work. We can also help with custom or unavailable parts for these engines.
Agricultural
Gas and diesel engine machining. Welding, repair and rebuilding of broken or missing components. You break it or wear it out, we can probably fix it.
High Performance
Additional machining services include, but not limited to installing aftermarket splayed main bearing caps, cross drilling and offset grinding crankshafts. O ring deck surface, receiver grooves in heads, large valves and high performance head work.
Machine Work
As well as automotive machine work, we are also equipped with manual and CNC lathes and mills, so we can handle most of your general machining services. Repair and restoration of components, spray welding shaft surfaces, bolt hole repair, keyways, re drilling bolt hole circles and more. Call to see if we can help you.
Parts
We can also supply engine parts and components for most of your projects at a competitive price. Stock rebuild kits and parts for your work truck, show car or daily driver. Aftermarket cylinder heads, crankshaft assembly's, pistons rods etc. Request a quote when you bring us your parts for machining.
